🌾 Welcome!
We’re so happy you’re here. Our wagon retreat was created to give couples a chance to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the quiet beauty of farm life. You’ll be surrounded by the sights and sounds of our Gypsy Vanner horses and the gentle rhythm of the countryside.
Please take a moment to look over these quick notes to make the most of your stay.
🏡 Wagon Essentials
🔌 Power & Comfort
The wagon has full electrical hookups with outlets for charging devices, heat / air conditioning, and cozy lighting inside.
☕ Kitchenette
Inside, you’ll find a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.
Coffee pods are provided.
💧 Outdoor Sink & Grill
The outdoor sink is fed by fresh well water. Please be mindful to turn faucets off completely after use.
A wood pellet grill is available for guest use — be sure knobs are off when finished cooking.
🔥 Fire Pit & Solo Stove Use
Firewood bundles and S’mores kits are available to purchase.
Never leave a fire unattended.
Please do not burn trash or cardboard.
Fully extinguish all flames before bed or checkout.
For the mini Solo Stove option, use only the provided pellets or small firewood pieces.
🐴 Feeding the Horses
You’re welcome to meet our Gypsy Vanners!
We provide a small sample of horse treats for all guests.
If you’d like to feed them a special offering, please request a Pony Treat Basket ($12) from your add-on options —
it includes apples and carrots plus instructions.
Always keep your palm flat.
No outside food or snacks, please.
Approach calmly and never enter their pastures without permission.
🗑️ Trash & Recycling
A small bin is located inside the wagon and a larger one near the parking area.
Please bag and tie trash before checkout. We recycle cans, bottles, and cardboard — thank you for helping keep the farm clean.
🔇 Quiet Hours
Out of respect for other guests (of the four-legged variety 🐴 🐓), please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 7 AM.
🕰️ Check-Out Instructions
Checkout time is 11 AM.
Please tidy up: wash any used dishes, remove trash, and close all windows.
Return keys (if issued) to the lockbox.
If anything broke or needs attention, just let us know — we appreciate the heads-up.

To order, simply message us through Airbnb or text before your arrival, and we’ll have everything ready.
🚨 Safety & Liability
We’re a working farm. Please stay aware of uneven ground, electric fencing, and live animals.
Your stay falls under Georgia Agritourism Liability Code § 51-3-31,
which limits landowner liability for farm experiences.
You’ll see the required notice posted near the wagon entrance.
